Tuan Dinh
Founder, Managing Partner
Before co-founding Xceed in 2010, Tuan was a top recruiter for Robert Half’s Accountemps and other boutique accounting and finance search firms. Prior to recruiting, Tuan was an Assistant Vice President at Bank of America, where he managed three offices and was a premier banker for more than 250 high-net-worth clients. Tuan lives in San Jose with his wife, two kids and dog Opie, a Pekingese mixed, who all love road trips – especially driving through nature and camping out. Tuan and his wife both volunteer their time with nonprofit organizations such as Blind Vietnamese Children Foundation.
Erikah Trejo
Managing Director
Prior to joining Xceed in 2012, Erikah’s recruiting career began in 1998 at an international search firm. She also spent five years at a tech startup managing customer satisfaction with C-level executives at over 50 accounts. Over the years, Erikah has developed lasting relationships with accounting and finance professionals and has become a trusted partner to in-house recruiting teams. She was born and raised in San Jose but considers Oahu her second home. She and her family along with their Yorkie Jax, split their time between California and Hawaii. She believes in giving back and is a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity.
Diana La
Director of Recruiting
Prior to joining Xceed in 2016, Diana spent over 11 years in business development and recruiting roles in the Bay Area with fortune 500 companies like Oracle, Robert Half International, and Marriott International. Her area of expertise includes accounting and finance, executive assistant, sales and marketing and human resources. Diana takes pride in developing and fostering long-lasting partnerships. She was born and raised in San Jose and graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara. For fun, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and lounging at the beach.
Ken Shepard
Director of Recruiting
Ken joined Xceed in 2010 with 30 years of high-level experience in the Silicon Valley semiconductor capital equipment industry. His expertise spans all phases of finance and accounting including SEC reporting, mergers and acquisitions, BOD audit committee interface, ERP implementations and revenue recognition establishment. He’s a 50-year member of the East Bay–Northern California Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants. A boating enthusiast, Ken can often be found enjoying the California Delta. He is the current program director for the Sea Ray Boat Club of Northern California and former audit chair of the Diablo Sail and Power Squadron.

Xceed Group LLC was co-founded in 2010 after decades of experience working in recruiting, public accounting and premier banking for high-net-worth clients.
And like everyone, we've experienced our share of poor (and sometimes outright horrible) management, leaving us with so many stories to tell. We've seen fantastic and capable teams fall victim and fall apart, leading to high turnover rates, and as a result, a downturn in business success. On the other hand, we've seen talented people and ambitious candidates struggle with finding the right role as the competitive market shifts.
As we built Xceed, we struggled through the growing pains, hiring, team management, scaling, balancing logistics, and more. We've been there and we have been employers and employees, entrepreneurs, contractors, and permanent hires. We know all sides of the story, the importance of connections and support networks, and the power of inspiring, fulfilling, rewarding work environments with great leaders.
We thought, why don't we do it ourselves? We took it on ourselves to form Xceed, in order to find and match the best workplaces and the best candidates together, building teams where each person is valued in a company that becomes like family.
